1. Return Eligibility Returns are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. This includes products that are found to be torn or have a worn-out appearance when you first receive them. We perform quality checks before every shipment to ensure this is a rare occurrence.
2. Return Timeframe You must contact us to initiate a return within 24 hours of receiving your product. After this 24-hour window, we cannot accept any returns.
3. Return Process
- Step 1: Immediately upon finding a defect or damage, send an email to info@genadlpremiumclothingstore.com.
- Step 2: In your email, include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and multiple high-quality photos of the defect.
- Step 3: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
- Step 4: You are responsible for the return shipping costs via GIG Logistics.
4. No Exchanges We do not allow exchanges for different sizes, colors, or products. Please ensure you carefully select the correct item and size before finalizing your purchase.
5. Strict No-Refund Policy (with one exception) We maintain a strict no-refund policy. The only exception is if a returned item is confirmed to be defective and a suitable replacement is unavailable. In this very specific case, a refund may be processed.
